- 1/2 Carrot, a piece of Celery,
- 1/4 of Onion (in small pieces)
- 2 or 3 leaves of Basil
- 0.6 pounds of minced Meat
- 2 cans of dices Tomatoes
- 1/2 can of Tomatoes sauce
- Oil, Salt and Pepper
Add minced meat and brown it for few minutes (the meat have to remain soft).
At his moment put the diced tomatoes mixed and the can of tomatoes sauce in the pan, add salt to taste and leaves of basil and stir it up.
Cook the sauce 1hour and half over low heat.
Adjust salt and add pepper if you like and serve over hot pasta (linguine, spaghetti or other... the better is maccheroni)!!!
